The MySpot SOS software can be easier installed on existing GPS enabled mobile phones or smartphones and used to provide Work Safety and Travel Safety for personal and business users. Employers can fulfill their duty of care for work place safety when employees are alone in remote locations.
Applications
Travel Safety – while travelling overseas:
- Load MySpot SOS onto your mobile phone before you leave home.
- Send GPS Locations from the airport and/or hotels to leave a breadcrumb trail of where you have been.
- Turn on GPS Tracking to record a trip to a historic site or place of interest.
- Call for help with a one button preloaded phone number.
Work Safety – while working alone or in hazardous environments:
- • Set a countdown timer so a phone call is automatically made if you are not able to.
Workplace Safety – an Employer’s duty of care:
- Provide a monitoring centre to receive and record calls
